   As President of an HOA in Florida, we had significant roof damage due to hurricane Ian. Since the HOA Board had little to no experience with insurance companies, we reached out to Daylight Public Adjusting.  The insurance company only wanted to provide us only $150k for the 50 duplexes who had wind damage from the hurricane. Well we finally settled litigation with our insurance for the HOA for $4,125,000. We had  NO assessments and the homeowners had all new roofs. Blake Day and Daylight Adjusting were key to our successful litigation with their expertise and experience and knowledge in dealing with natural disasters.    Jason Holzem handled our claim in an expedient fashion handling all issues that were put in our way as homeowners. He was able to get full reimbursement across multiple carriers. His communication skills are outstanding. My contractor stated his work was far superior to other adjusters they deal with. 10 out of 10 rating.

   Karen Nelson was an amazing adjuster for our hurricane lan insurance claim.She obtained a  ten fold  settlement compared to the amount our insurance company initially offered us! We finally completed the claim last week after 2 years. Karen was incredibly diligent, knowledgeable and professional throughout the long process.    Best public adjusting company in Florida! I’ve worked with other public adjusting companies in the area on previous homes I’ve owned, but nothing compared to my experience with Day Adjusting. They were knowledgeable, always on time, and very easy to get ahold of through phone calls and text. My claim was large and complex, but this company knew exactly what to do and got me a great settlement with my insurance company. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
