   As President of an HOA in Florida, we had significant roof damage due to hurricane Ian. Since the HOA Board had little to no experience with insurance companies, we reached out to Daylight Public Adjusting.  The insurance company only wanted to provide us only $150k for the 50 duplexes who had wind damage from the hurricane. Well we finally settled litigation with our insurance for the HOA for $4,125,000. We had  NO assessments and the homeowners had all new roofs. Blake Day and Daylight Adjusting were key to our successful litigation with their expertise and experience and knowledge in dealing with natural disasters.    Jason Holzem handled our claim in an expedient fashion handling all issues that were put in our way as homeowners. He was able to get full reimbursement across multiple carriers. His communication skills are outstanding. My contractor stated his work was far superior to other adjusters they deal with. 10 out of 10 rating.

   Karen Nelson was an amazing adjuster for our hurricane lan insurance claim.She obtained a  ten fold  settlement compared to the amount our insurance company initially offered us! We finally completed the claim last week after 2 years. Karen was incredibly diligent, knowledgeable and professional throughout the long process.    I can't recommend Day Adjusting enough! Blake and his team did an amazing job handling our Hurricane Ian claim. They were incredibly thorough in documenting all the damage we experienced, ensuring nothing was overlooked.    Jason Holzem handled our case with Hurricane Ian on Sanibel. The insurance company wouldn’t even take my call. Once I got him involved Day Adjusting did a full inspection, Jason got us every penny we deserved and he is was such a gentleman.    When damage to your home is totally overwhelming to you, the first call to make to  start making your world right again is to Day Adjusting & Consulting. I had the privilege of Jason Holzem, of Day Adjusting to assist me after significant storm damage. He stayed with me to face inspectors from my insurance company and the over long, frustrating process of actually securing payouts. I found him to be absolutely honest and knowledgeable in all areas and I could count on him to answer questions in a calm factual manner. I believe he secured a much higher payout from my insurance company than I could ever have done on my own. Is it ever pleasant to had destruction to your home...NO.    I am very grateful for the recommendation I received to hire Nick from Day Adjusting as my public adjuster for the damage my house incurred due to hurricane Ian. My insurance company tried to only pay for minimal damage.  Nick from Day Adjusting came over and assessed the damage.  He was very thorough and detailed with his analysis. Nick was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the entire process. He was persistent and fought for us every step of the way until we were awarded the money for our claim.
